Drop-off and pickup
A teacher hands each child to you at the room door. We release a child only to the people on your pickup list.
Allergies
Tell us about any allergy at the tour. Once you enroll, we ask again in private.
Cots and sleep
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own cots, with nothing else in the cot.
Clean hands
Every room washes hands on arrival, before meals and after outdoor play.
Drills
Each room practices fire and weather drills with the teacher who leads it.
Visitors
Visitors sign in at the front desk, and a teacher walks them to the room.

What the license means
Pocket is licensed by ECECD, New Mexico's early childhood agency, as a child care center. That lets us care for up to 60 children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
You can check the license with the state. The number is at the bottom of every page. Pocket is also a ministry of Santa Rita Parish, and the license is the state's, not the parish's.
