How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's age, whether your child comes full or part days, how many days a week and the room. We give you the figures at the tour.

Registration

Registration opens your child's file and puts your family on the roll. It is due with the application, and we explain it at the tour.

Holding a place

When a place opens, we hold it for you while you complete the forms, and what you pay to hold it goes toward your first month. If the room is full, we put your family on the waitlist and call when a place opens, in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly. You pay with autopay or by card at the front desk. If a payment is late, Higinia talks with you first.

Help with tuition

Ask us about state child care assistance and whether it is open this month. Parish families and neighbors ask the same way, and Higinia helps with the paperwork.

Withdrawing

We ask for a month's notice in writing, so the place can go to the next family on the waitlist. What is already billed for the month in progress stays.
